I am a People & Culture Manager and Organisational Psychologist with 6+ years leading the people function at 10Pearls — a global technology company of 1,500+ employees. My work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, mental health, and human-centred HR strategy.

I hold an MSc in Organisational Psychology & HRM, a BS Psychology (Dean's Honour), a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from IBA Karachi, and the CHRA credential. I am a published academic researcher, an active member of the Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association, and — quietly — the only non-technical HR professional in Pakistan to have independently built and deployed five live AI-powered workforce applications.
